Born in London I spent most of my childhood blissfully ignorant to the adventures and experiences the mountains in the UK had to offer! It was not until a chance opportunity in Colorado in 2018 that my passion for the outdoors was ignited. A gruelling yet rewarding day on the Front Range opened my eyes to a whole new world. I dove head first into this new found passion, moving first to Cheshire then North Wales in order to work and play in some of the best areas the UK has to offer!
I also do part time work at a few climbing gyms and outdoor gear shops in the UK..that is.. when I am not out in the hills!!!
While my first introduction to the outdoors started primarily with hill walking, I quickly branched out into trying and enjoying many of the other sports and activities the mountains have to offer like fell running and outdoor climbing. I would say that my favourite day out would be a mountaineering day, scrambling or climbing to the summit to enjoy the views!
